After I posted my last post, I went upstairs and enjoyed a movie with my other half! While watching the movie, I was thinking about the card that I posted... and thought... I think it would look better with one of my favorite papers behind it! Well, I came downstairs and made the change and thought I would also share this version with you all! I really wanted to use the technique for the background layer on this card...but I also like it with this paper...what do you think?

Oh- your card is awesome either way, but I do like it better- the BG paper really looks great!
ReplyDeleteThey are both great. The image blends nicely with the BG on the second one, and the first one provides a pop of contrast. Either way the focal image remains the star of both and is fantastic :-)

ReplyDeleteBoth of the cards are stunning. The second gives a more coordinated feel. The first has a more contrasting zing. The image pops on both cards.
ReplyDeleteWell I like both of them! The blue background one adds some different color/texture but then the one with the sunflower paper is vibrant. Can't pick a favorite, good job with both of them.
