This card was a little card I put together to send a cheerful greeting to my cousin Cindy. I wanted to add a little smile to her face, so I colored the little girl to look like Cindy's granddaughter/ I used one of my favorite papers....Miss Moxie and TAC's Dear Friend stamp set.
Love the card - this would cheer anyone up. The paper selection is just perfect and love the embellishments.
